Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

At Neon Skull, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns for a full refund or store credit within 14 days from the date your order is delivered, provided the items are received in their original condition.

• All products must be in new, unused condition, unwashed, free of deodorant or other stains, with original Neon Skull tags and hygiene stickers still attached.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.
