Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products. Please note our current styles run small.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
What is your return and exchange policy?
- We offer a one-time complimentary exchange or return. Any additional exchanges or returns will be charge to the customer. For returns please click here.
- All products must be in new, unused condition, unwashed, free of deodorant or other stains, with original Neon Skull tags and hygiene stickers still attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, excessively dirty, or missing tags/stickers.

What is my order is lost, stolen or damaged?
Please file a claim with the shipping carrier first, then contact us letting us know your order number and your specific claim number. Once we receive that, we will work together to come to the best resolution. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged orders.
Sustainability
What materials do you use?
We thoroughly research and vet our raw materials to make sure they meet our standards, are good for you and better for the environment. Our fabric is made from 80% recycled nylon, our mailers are made from 100% recyclable material, and our poly bags are made from 100% compostable material. In addition to thinking about the impact on people and the environment, we consider factors like ethical manufacturing and availability to reduce our carbon footprint.
What are other things you are doing to be more sustainable?
We take sustainability seriously! All our products are shipped in recyclable or compostable materials. We partner exclusively with manufacturers who are committed to minimizing their carbon footprint.
